Small Law Firms Made Progress this Year On Their Biggest Challenge, Thomson Reuters Survey Finds

In 2021, less than half of small firms increased billing rates, the survey says. This year, 42% of firms adopted new technology, compared to 41% last year and 50% in 2021. In 2021, 70% of respondents reported that they used cloud computing, up from 60% in 2021. Solos led the way with a huge increase of usage – from 52% in 2021 to 84 % in 2022.
