The litigation has not been going well for the network and it just lost another key motion to block an effort to depose Jake Tapper. 11, 2021, segment on CNN’s “The Lead with Jake Tapper” and was shared on social media and (a different version) on CNN’s website. The plaintiff’s counsel wants to depose Tapper.
