On November 30, 2023, the Higher Administrative Court Berlin-Brandenburg ruled in DUH and BUND v. The FDP, on the other hand, is pursuing an increasingly aggressive strategy, rejecting numerous climate measures by referring to emerging “future technologies,” and “freedoms” (such as the freedom to drive without speed limits).
