CMS Finalizes Guidance on Medicare Part D Manufacturer Discount Program

CMS will send the final manufacturer invoice for discount liabilities accrued by then on April 30, 2028. For calendar year 2026 and subsequent years, an agreement will become effective on the first day of a calendar quarter that is at least 60 days after a manufacturer has signed the agreement.
