Philadelphia district attorney sues Elon Musk for PAC money giveaways for illegal lottery

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner filed a civil lawsuit against Elon Musk and America PAC on Monday. In the complaint, Krasner argues that this petition violates the State Lottery Law by organizing an unauthorized lottery. Accordingly, Krasner invites the court to issue an injunction to restrain the petition.
