For this Fast-Track Friday tip, let’s look at one principle of projectmanagement that you can easily apply to any of your paralegalprojects. It is the concept of TRIPLE CONSTRAINTS, also known as the projectmanagement triangle. First, let’s start with the definition of projectmanagement.
