The new test employing Kaplan questions and administered by Meazure Learning suffered setback after setback in the lead up to the test, prompting the bar examiners to preemptively offer refunds and then a free retake.

I randomly received a phone call from an old friend from law school asking if I could analyze a murder case on Court TV. It’s not about where you go to school, but what you do with your education. I don’t want those who may go to a school that is lesser known to be discouraged. I had never had a murder case.
