May is one of the few months on the calendar where there are not routine FCC regulatory deadlines. Read the draft Order, here , and tune in on May 22 to watch the vote. Looking ahead to early June, license renewal applications for TV stations in Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming are due by June 1.

The FCC will also be considering a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (here) on this year’s regulatory fees – likely to be paid in August or September.
In addition, broadcasters in Arizona , Idaho , Maryland , Michigan , Nevada , New Mexico , Ohio , Utah , Virginia , West Virginia , Wyoming , and the District of Columbia that are part of an Employment Unit with 5 or more full-time employees should also be preparing to add to their online public inspection file their Annual EEO Public File Report.
