Checklists for seemingly simple tasks (motion drafting, e-filing, calendaring deadlines, etc.) Tools like project management software and shared calendars offer a central hub for asynchronous access to case information. The post Work Your Litigation Cases Like a Project Manager appeared first on Paralegal Boot Camp.
Most likely, you did not have a class on case management in your paralegalcertificate program. For example, suppose you have a methodology in which you always put your initials in the upper right corner of pleadings that you’ve seen and calendared the deadlines.

When you went and asked for that paralegal position, did you have a paralegalcertificate or college degree? I had an associate’s degree in paralegal studies at the time. Just like not paying attention to timing or the calendar and not reading in order from the court properly.
