Calendar the event on your calendar, and the attorney’s calendar. When making a calendar item, whether it is a hearing, phone call, client meeting, or even a deposition, I use the appointment notes in Outlook so that when the attorney pulls up the meeting or call, he has a quick set of notes for easy reference.
