Missouri Court: Mark McCloskey Pardoned But Still Guilty

Mark McCloskey later pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors to end the case, but was then granted a pardon. The Missouri Court of Appeals has now prevented that return of the weapons by denying a motion for replevin. The law recognizes the difference between a conviction and guilt. He then sough the return of two firearms.
