Oral arguments Wednesday; no conference this week

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in the four cases on its December calendar. The court is back in Los Angeles for this one-day session. The arguments will be live streamed. Opinions in the cases should file by March 3. Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing (also here ) this week and there will be a double conference next week.
