Improper removal of juror causes reversal of conviction in death penalty appeal

McGhee , the Supreme Court yesterday reversed a conviction for three murders and four attempted murders committed between 1997 and 2001, a reversal that necessarily eliminates the death sentence imposed based on the conviction.
