The US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit ruled on Friday that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) adequately evaluated emission impacts when it approved a gas pipeline expansion in Pennsylvania and New York, allowing the project to move forward. The Sverdlovsky Regional Court on Monday declared that the trial of American journalist Evan Gershkovich will be held behind closed doors. As released by the court and reported by TASS, the first session will take place on June 26.
