Vidal today issued a Precedential Order finding that OpenSky had abused the IPR process. OpenSky filed its IPR petition soon after VLSI won a $2 billion judgment against Intel. At that point though, OpenSky offered to work on behalf of either VLSI or Intel.

Share The Supreme Court on Tuesday invalidated a lower-court ruling in a Pennsylvania election dispute that the losing candidate conceded three and a half months ago. When the dispute was before the justices earlier this year , Justice Samuel Alito had suggested that the lower court’s ruling on ballot counting “broke new ground” and could affect the outcome of the state’s upcoming general elections.

Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, an Iranian human rights group, Saturday said Iranian security forces shot at protesters in at least three cities. The group’s Twitter page follows on-the-ground progress of protests in the wake of the death of Mahsa Amini. According to Iran Human Rights , the nationwide protests have resulted in the death of at least 185 people.
