Guatemala authorities rescue minors from extremist orthodox Jewish group following abuse allegations

New York Governor Kathy Hochul signed a climate change bill into law empowering the state government to levy heavy fines on fossil fuel companies on Thursday. The fines will go to a “superfund” that pays for environmental damages caused by human-driven climate change.
