If you are reading this article, you may have already considered outsourcing some of your work to a freelance professional or perhaps even had some experience hiring a freelancer for your project. By hiring skilled freelancers, companies can secure themselves the expertise that would otherwise be hard to afford.
Additionally, many people were laid off or switched to freelance and contract work. In fact, 75% of freelancers are now making just as much money as they were when employed full-time before the pandemic. Tired of low wages, little-to-no benefits, and rigid expectations, they left in pursuit of better opportunities.

But we also have a lot of full-time freelancers, let’s say, contractors, and they are like fully remote. We have hybrid for the local because we have offices in some countries. And our biggest office is in Moldova. And here we have a hybrid work arrangement. we have all the regions.
