Laurie Berg, a court reporter in New Hampshire, reminded me that in 2014 she received certification for a new software program for introducing exhibits electronically. In one case, New Hampshire v. Massachusetts , New Hampshire sought to challenge a Massachusetts rule that taxes nonresidents on income for services performed outside the state. The court’s June 17 ruling in Nestle did not address that question, and the court on Monday turned down CACI’s request for review.
